Schedule your $15 consultation with the Dr. B team - no video consultation necessary
#2. Provider Review
A medical provider will review your information and email you a Letter of Medical Necessity, if appropriate
#3. Submit for Reimbursement
Submit your letter and fitness receipts made on or after the letter’s date to your HSA/FSA administrator
