Jess Dyess
Owner
Jess was a die-hard Swët member for almost two years before she went from burpees to boss. With a lifelong obsession for all things fitness (we’re talking gym-hopping like it was a sport), she never really stuck—until Swët. The workouts hit different, the community felt like family, and showing up became her favorite part of the day.
So when the chance came to run her happy place? She ditched the corporate life and never looked back.
Now Jess is living the dream—running a badass, family-owned gym that inspires and reshapes (literally and figuratively) everyone who walks through the door. . Her three daughters grew up in KidsZone (shoutout to the rockstar staff who helped shape them), and she’s forever grateful for the tribe that lifts each other up—on and off the floor.
Certified in ACE Group Fitness and ISSA Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Jess is all about helping you find your strong, whether you're chasing PRs or chasing toddlers.

Missy Morris
Coach
Born and raised as a country girl from a small farming community in Central California, Missy Morris came late to the group fitness coaching game. As a graduate of UCSB, she went on to spend almost thirty years as a police officer before retiring her gun belt in 2020.
Working out and healthy living had always been a priority for Missy as a college athlete, but as her career and being a mom to five took up her time, she became 75 pounds overweight and discouraged. That prompted her to make time for her health. She dove into macro nutrition, weightlifting and HIIT classes which fueled her desire to help others shed weight and tone up.
Missy splits her time between Reno and California where two of her four grandkids live. When she isn’t working, she is an avid swimmer and motorcycle rider. She chose to coach at Swët Fitness for the intimate class sizes, encouraging culture, and because they let her play all of her favorite alternative music as loud as she wants. Creative finishers are her favorite part of the workout that usually includes trivia, burpees, and poker.

Kaylie Worcester
Coach

Kaylie Worcester
Coach
Kaylie is originally from the totally underrated Cleveland, Ohio area, but she fell in love with Reno in 2022. Moving across the country with her husband, toddler, and two dogs was no small feat—but their shared love for adventure made the leap worth it. Without knowing a single soul in Nevada, Kaylie quickly found her family and her home within the Swët community.
While “Mom” is her favorite title, “Coach” is a very close second. What began as a personal mission to regain strength—physically and mentally—after having her son soon became a full-blown passion for movement, wellness, and helping others do the same. Becoming a fitness coach gave Kaylie the opportunity to support people through their own unique journeys—especially those juggling life, family, and the desire to feel good in their bodies again.
Her classes are energizing, welcoming, and built to empower every fitness level. Outside of Swët, Kaylie is usually on the move. She, her son, and their high-energy Jack Russell terrier share a mutual love for long walks, bike rides, and kayaking at Tahoe—while her chill pitbull and laid-back husband are happy to cheer from the sidelines. Kaylie’s philosophy? Show up for yourself, celebrate every bit of progress, and have fun while doing it.
